1. Assist the Procurement Supervisor in following up on purchase orders. 2. Be responsible for managing suppliers in the product category, continuously optimizing the supply chain, maintaining good cooperative relationships, ensuring timely response to demands, completing all order follow-ups for the responsible product category, and confirming delivery date, quantity, specifications, and other information with suppliers. 4. Contact suppliers for returning or replenishing products with quality issues in the responsible product category. 5. Complete the reconciliation and payment work for suppliers in the responsible product category. 6. Complete the data statistics work for responsible orders. 7. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.
