Office Location: Onsite - BTS Saladaeng / MRT Silom (100 m. walk from station)

Purpose of Role:
To provide comprehensive and proactive administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), enabling them to focus on strategic leadership and business operations. This role serves as a critical liaison, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency

Responsibilities:
  • Calendar & Meetings: Manage the COO’s complex schedule, arrange meetings, and prepare necessary documents or meeting minutes.
  • Act as the primary gatekeeper, screening emails and calls, and communicating with internal teams and external partners on the COO's behalf.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process expense reports.
  • Draft, organize, and maintain confidential files, presentations, and operational reports.
  • Projects & Ad-hoc Support such as provide comprehensive administrative support for special operational projects, corporate events, or facility visits as directed.
  • Perform other related administrative duties and operational tasks as required to ensure the smooth functioning of the COO.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role (experience supporting C-level executives is highly preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Have Japanese JLPT N3 is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strict attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
