Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Finance Management
- Oversee and manage all accounting systems (GL, AP, AR, Costing, Inventory, Payroll) in compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS).
- Control and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, segmented by Business Unit (BU) or defined categories for executive presentation.
- Manage cash flow for both domestic and international operations.
- Verify revenue and expense recording from various online channels (e.g., Shopify, Alibaba, Marketplaces, Social Commerce).
- Monitor multi-currency bank accounts (THB, USD, etc.) and oversee cross-border fund transfers and receipts.
2. Cost Accounting (Manufacturing)
- Establish and implement production costing systems (Raw Material, WIP, FG) to ensure accuracy and auditability.
- Calculate average unit costs for various product lines (T-shirts, Tank tops, Hoodies, Kids, Athleisure, etc.).
- Perform Variance Analysis by comparing Actual Cost against Standard Cost.
- Support Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting by segment.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Warehouse departments to ensure inventory accuracy.
3. E-commerce & Offline Accounting
- Reconcile sales data from Shopify, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Line, Alibaba, and various marketplaces.
- Generate sales reports by channel and perform Margin/Profitability analysis.
- Control documentation and tax invoice issuance across all business models (Offline, Online, Wholesale, Export).
4. Taxation
- Manage corporate tax planning and ensure full compliance with Revenue Department regulations.
- Prepare and review tax filings, including VAT (PP.30), Withholding Tax (PND.1, 1ก, 3, 53, 36), and Import-Export taxes.
- Handle Export VAT Refund processes.
- Liaise with the Revenue Department and manage documentation for Tax Audits.
5. Internal Control
- Design and implement internal control systems tailored for manufacturing and e-commerce business units.
- Conduct regular monthly audits of inventory and raw material stocks.
- Control expenditure approvals and the disbursement process.
- Monitor and streamline the closing process for timely financial and management reporting.
6. Team Management
- Lead and develop the accounting team to maintain professional standards.
- Establish Workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Checklists to ensure operational efficiency, transparency, and traceability.
7. External Coordination
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including Auditors, Accounting Consultants, and Banks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Leadership: At least 2–3 years of experience in a management role as an Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant.
- Financial Reporting: Proven track record in closing monthly/annual accounts and coordinating with external auditors.
- System Implementation: Ability to design and implement accounting systems and internal controls.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, or Production businesses is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: * Deep understanding of Manufacturing Accounting & Production Costing.
- Strong knowledge of International Accounting & Taxation (Cross-border transactions).
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize Cash Flow effectively.
