Responsibilities
Job Details:
- Ensure of that daily accounting transactions are accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure that all accounting transactions and documents are completeness.
- Ensure that all accounting transactions are aligning with company rules & regulation.
- Maintain normal day to day operation to having productivity and efficiency.
- Design proper process with rely internal control.
- Problem solving of day to day operation.
- Responsible for monthly closing and year end closing.
- Responsible for statutory financial statement preparation
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly flash report for manager.
- Responsible for the preparation of request reports for manager.
- Prepare all information and reports for additional request for Consolidate report.
- Prepare Budgeting (Initial / Midyear / Nearly)
Qualifications
Minimum Educational Requirement:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Finance, or related field
Work Experience:
- At least 6 years working experience in accounting
Special and Specific Knowledge and Skills:
- Effective communication in English both speaking and writing
- Computer literature in Microsoft Office and TPIS Accounting related programs
- Good negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills and great leadership skills.
