Responsibilities
- ติดตั้งและแก้ไขปัญหา Windows และคอมพิวเตอร์
- Support โปรแกรม Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive ฯลฯ)
- ดูแลอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน เช่น ปริ้นเตอร์ สแกนเนอร์
- Setup เครื่องคอม ลงโปรแกรม และดูแล User
- แก้ไขปัญหาเครือข่ายเบื้องต้น (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN)
- Backup / ย้ายเครื่อง และงาน IT อื่น ๆ✨ พิเศษ: หากมีความรู้ Active Directory จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ หรืออื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เกรดเฉลี่ยนสะสม 2.70 ขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น Windows, Microsoft 365, ระบบเครือข่าย, เครื่องพิมพ์
- สามารถติดตั้งโปรแกรม และดูแลงาน IT เบื้องต้นได้
- มีใจบริการ ทำงานเป็นทีม และแก้ปัญหาได้ดี
