• Summing up, rejection tag information and follow up tag status until close also report provide weekly.
• Maintain and store documents and data of Material Quality section as assigned in the media of hard document and soft electronic data.
• Support issuing document of part borrowing for quality check, return part to vendor as assigned from supervisor.
• Support general administration jobs in Quality department
• Issue weekly report and analysis of reworking and scraping parts relating to Material Quality team
• Prepare document and coordinate Customs process and suppliers in sending/receiving defective/trial parts in-out of Free-zone area
• Prepare document and coordinate with VGBS and supplier regarding Supplier Charge Back
• Join internal audit team as an internal auditor
• Perform another tasks according to supervisor’s assignment
• Work safety and minimize affect to environment according to work instruction
• Perform according to the safety and environment rules and use safety equipment properly
- Graduate of at least High Vocational School level
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with basic knowledge of MS Access
- Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing
- Basic knowledge of documentation control in accordance with ISO requirements
