Responsibilities
1) Plan machine maintenance to ensure efficient operation.
2) Control and inspect machine repairs and relocations to ensure they follow the established plan.
3) Verify that all records related to machinery and equipment are accurate and complete.
4) Establish maintenance procedures to ensure subordinates perform their tasks correctly.
5) Analyze different types of machinery to develop appropriate maintenance plans.
6) Prepare spare parts and tooling to ensure readiness for maintenance and machine relocation.
7) Design machine layout in alignment with the production process, considering environmental and safety aspects.
8) Control the use of chemicals and waste disposal in compliance with established regulations.
9) Provide guidance and training on proper machine usage to relevant departments.
10) Train, assign tasks, and communicate information to subordinates to ensure compliance with procedures.
11) Monitor and evaluate subordinates’ performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Prepare equipment and facilities to support the production department upon request.
Source and coordinate with suppliers and makers for machine parts fabrication and repairs.
Prepare reports on machine issues, maintenance activities, employee working hours in the department, and maintenance costs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
