Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design appropriate workflows and processes.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with system developers and related stakeholders.
- Monitor system development and testing to ensure alignment with functional requirements.
- Prepare system documentation, user manuals, and conduct user training sessions.
- Provide ongoing system support and promptly resolve issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or other related fields.
- Fundamental knowledge of system analysis and business process design.
- Ability to analyze user workflows and document process relationships clearly and accurately.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with enterprise information systems such as accounting & finance, budgeting, HR, procurement, or inventory systems.
- Experience in IT system development projects or user requirements gathering is an advantage.
- Internship or academic project experience in system analysis or business process design will be considered a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- English Proficiency Requirement (submit one of the following as per CRA criteria)
- TOEIC 400+, IELTS 4+, TOEFL iBT 31+, TOEFL PBT 430+, CEFR: minimum A2, CU-TEP 45+
- Test scores (valid within 2 years) must be submitted with the application or before the interview/selection date.
- Candidates who do not yet meet the minimum score may still attend the interview; if selected, a qualifying score must be submitted within 180 days from the employment start date to complete the appointment.
- Test scores must be issued by accredited and verifiable testing organizations.
