Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure a smooth, engaging, and positive customer experience, with a primary focus on international clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and vendors/service providers to ensure all agreed services are delivered effectively.
- Prepare supporting materials for product presentations and handle written communications to provide required information or resolve customer issues.
- Proactively inform clients of any potential delays in delivery or service issues that may arise.
- Anticipate customer needs and identify appropriate solutions to address challenges or concerns.
- Collaborate closely with customers to establish shared goals and objectives.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Lead and guide teams to drive customer satisfaction by delivering best-in-class service standards, with the goal of maintaining competitive advantage.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as requested by customers or management.
- Coordinate and liaise with operations teams and internal departments to ensure smooth production, delivery, and timely resolution of customer issues or inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or other related fields.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal; basic proficiency in Chinese will be considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to handle situations proactively and resolve problems effectively under pressure.
- High attention to detail with the ability to respond to customer needs accurately and promptly.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, capable of developing and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common business objectives.
- Experience in fresh produce, fruits and vegetables, or the food industry will be an advantage.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to provincial areas occasionally.
- Flexible with travel and working hours; primary work location is Chan Road, Sathorn, Bangkok.
