About the Role

We are looking for a driven and technically capable Sales Engineer to join our growing Technical Services team, delivering advanced Security Systems, IoT, and Smart Building solutions across Thailand.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with client engagement, acting as a trusted advisor to design and deliver modern building technologies.


You will work on: - CCTV & AI Video Analytics - Access Control & Integrated Security Systems - IoT & Smart Building Solutions (BMS integration)

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Technical Consultation

• Engage with clients to understand operational, security, and technology needs.

• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments.

• Provide expert recommendations on suitable solutions.

2. Solution Design & Engineering

• Design and propose integrated solutions including:

o CCTV / Video Surveillance Systems.

o Access Control Systems.

o Intrusion Detection Systems

o IoT / Smart Building Integration.

• Prepare system layouts, network diagrams, and equipment specifications.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with client requirements.

3. Proposal & Sales Support

• Develop professional proposals, cost estimates, and presentations.

• Support the sales team in closing opportunities.

• Respond to RFPs and RFQs in a timely and accurate manner.

4. Relationship Management

• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

• Support clients throughout the sales and handover process.

• Ensure smooth transition to implementation teams.

5. Market & Technology Awareness

• Stay updated with trends in:

o Security Systems.

o IoT and Smart Buildings.

o AI-based video analytics.

• Continuously enhance product and technical knowledge.


Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience

• 3–5 years in one of the following roles:

o Sales Engineer.

o Pre-Sales Engineer.

o System Integrator.

• Proven experience in:

o CCTV / Access Control / Security Systems.

o IoT / BMS / Networking solutions.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of IP-based systems and networking.

• Ability to design and propose technical solutions.

• Experience using tools such as AutoCAD, Visio, or similar is an advantage.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.

• Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements

• Good command of Thai and English.

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
