Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver sports coaching sessions and training programs.
- Assess athletes' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop training plans to improve skills, fitness, and performance.
- Ensure participant safety and adherence to training standards.
- Motivate and support athletes in achieving their goals.
- Organize and support sports events, competitions, and activities.
- Maintain training records and equipment in good condition.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Sports Science, Physical Education, Coaching, or a related field.
- Relevant coaching certification in the respective sport.
- Minimum 2 years of coaching experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
