Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Revenue Delivery:
• Lead the sales to achieve monthly/annual revenue targets for washing detailing, PPF, memberships, and upsell services.
• Drive daily/weekly sales huddles to improve conversion, upsell ratios, and productivity.
• Implement structured sales scripts, customer profiling, and premium consultation techniques.
2. VIP Customer Handling & Premium Experience:
• Deliver VIP-standard service to high-net-worth clients, RW’s members and residents, supercar owners, and luxury brand customers.
• Customize service packages, provide premium consultation, and ensure concierge-level communication.
• Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
3. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition:
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and online inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
• Build and manage pipelines from.
• Reignwood communities.
• Dealerships, auto clubs, influencers, collectors.
• Marketing campaigns, social media leads, and referrals.
• Conduct outreach and relationship-building activities to increase repeat and referral business.
4. Sales Team Development & Training:
• Train and coach, all TP1/Topaz sales advisors to elevate service, product knowledge, and consultation skills.
• Provide training to Reignwood’s broader sales teams on: Topaz/TP1 product knowledge, Sales scripts and client-handling protocol, and Cross-selling opportunities for internal referrals.
• Create onboarding materials, refreshers, and performance improvement plans.
5. Coordination With Operations:
• Work with the Operations and Technical teams to ensure accurate job estimation and service readiness.
• Coordinate scheduling, workshop capacity, and customer handover to reduce bottlenecks.
• Ensure accurate pricing, quoting, and product/service explanation to customers.
6. Sales Reporting & Insights:
• Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly sales reports covering: Revenue results vs targets, Lead conversion rates, Customer segmentation & buying behavior and Upsell ratios, repeat rates, and CSI scores
• Analyze sales performance and recommend concrete actions to the GM.
• Ensure CRM accuracy and audit-ready documentation.
Qualifications
1. Experience : 5–10 years of experience in automotive sales, luxury retail sales, or premium dealership environments.
2. Knowledge : Familiarity with coating, detailing, or car care service is an advantage.
3. Skills : High capability in training teams and elevating sales performance.
4. Competencies / Abilities : Strong sales leadership track record with ability to meet and exceed targets. Strong understanding of luxury customer expectations.
5. Other requirements : Excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM skills.
