Responsibilities
- Assist in creating visual materials for digital and print communications.
- Design marketing collateral, including social media graphics, posters, flyers, brochures, banners, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Support the development of creative concepts for marketing campaigns and company events.
- Edit and retouch photos for marketing and communication purposes.
- Create simple illustrations, icons, and infographics as required.
- Ensure all designs comply with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Prepare artwork for print production and digital publishing.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop engaging visual content.
- Assist with photography and basic video editing for social media and internal communications when required.
- Organize and maintain design files and digital assets.
- Perform other design-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, or Figma is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve design skills.
