Responsibilities
- Prepare AR account summaries and monthly sales reports, and record GRV and Accounts Payable transactions for material purchases.
- Follow up intercompany purchasing from global sourcing department and confirm intercompany purchasing before month-end closing
- Follow up LA pending for month-end costing run and calculation in ERP system
- Prepare inventory balance, scrap and issue supplies report by weekly and monthly
- Prepare cost reconciles for PND 50 by project as BOI
- Collaborate with Sr. accountant to maintain the annual standard cost system for all products, including managing the annual budgeted standard cost cycle
- Assist Finance manager to prepare product costing analysis details and collaborate with Sr. accountant to complete
- Ensure the compliance with company policy and accounting/tax regulations
Others
- Collaborating closely with the ERP team to minimize costing issues, streamline processes, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Other requirement from Finance Manager and other departments and assists with ad hoc accounting and financial projects as requested.
Qualifications
(Educational background):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
(Work experience):
- With 5-7 year in cost accounting and analysis experience with multinational company.
- BOI costing experience would be advantage
- Able to communication in English.
Able to use ERP software and MS Excel.
