Responsibilities

1. Integrated Service Operations Management:
Strategically oversee workshop management and service process controls while elevating Call Center and Customer Care standards to ensure a seamless service journey.
2. Technical Leadership & Training Excellence:
Maintain high-level PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) standards and technical support functions. Lead the Training Center to continuously upgrade technician competencies and service quality.
3. Strategic Warranty & Claim Control:
Direct the claim validation process and monitor warranty costs through rigorous Root Cause Analysis to minimize financial leakage and improve product reliability.
4. End-to-End Parts Supply & Logistics:
Mastermind demand planning, procurement, and replenishment strategies. Optimize warehouse operations to achieve ideal DOH (Days on Hand) levels and maximize Fill Rates while minimizing damage.
5. Parts Sales Planning & Financial Governance:
Control pricing structures, gross margins, and promotion strategies. Manage credit risk and monitor Revenue/AR (Accounts Receivable) to ensure healthy cash flow and profitability.
6. Driving Customer Retention & Brand Loyalty:
Integrate all aftersales functions to achieve the ultimate goal: Increasing Service Revenue, maximizing Customer Satisfaction, and fostering long-term Repeat Service & Loyalty.
7. Crisis Management & Technical Escalation
Technical Crisis & Escalation Management: Act as the final decision-maker for critical technical failures or long-standing vehicle-down cases, ensuring rapid resolution and resource mobilization.
High-Level Conflict Resolution: Lead the negotiation and resolution of severe customer disputes or escalations that pose a risk to brand reputation or involve potential legal action.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of after-sales processes, spare parts management, and customer service
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
