● Optimize and improve manufacturing processes.

● Analyze and resolve production line issues using 5Why, 8D, and FMEA methodologies, tracking progress to closure.

● Create and maintain process documentation (SOP, MOI, Parameters, Reports).

● Analyze yield/efficiency data and drive quality improvement initiatives.

● Coordinate with cross-functional departments and support customer audits/assessments.

● Manage new equipment Buy-Off and design/improve production jigs.

● Prior experience in Die Bonding, SMT, or Die Attach (DA) is highly preferred.
