Responsibilities
1. Control and follow up Product Testing.
(ควบคุมและติดตามการทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์)
- New Model (ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่)
- Engineering Change Notice (การเปลี่ยนแปลงวิศวกรรม)
- Internal Testing such as Change Cycle Time, Change Machine and etc. (การทดสอบภายใน เช่น การเปลี่ยนแปลง Cycle time, เปลี่ยนเครื่อง และอื่นๆ
- New Purchase Part (ชิ้นงานที่จัดซื้อใหม่)
- Product supply from sub contractor (ผลิตภัฑณ์ที่ส่งมอบโดยผู้รับจ้างช่วง)
2. Control and follow up FAI/Cpk of New Model until start mass production (ควบคุมและติดตาม FAI/Cpk ของงานผลิตภัณฑ์จนกระทั้งเริ่มการผลิต)
3. Control and follom up customer audit (ควบคุมและติดตาม Customer audit)
4. Control and follow up Customer Complaint and do 8D Report (ควบคุมและติดตามข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าและจัดทำเอกสาร 8D)
5. Prepare Monthly Report - Customer complaint & 8D Report (จัดทำเอกสารประจำเดือน - ข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าและเอกสาร 8D)
6. Prepare ILO (Inspection Standard) and Quality Alert (จัดทำมาตรฐานการตรวจสอบชิ้นงาน (ILO)) และเอกสารแจ้งเตือนปัญหาที่พบ
7. Prepare Monthly Report of Cp/Cpk and SPC (จัดทำรายงานประจำเดือนของ Cp/Cpk และ SPC)
Qualifications
1. Bachelor Degree in Engineer and / of mechanical Engineer and / r equivalent that related.
2. Good command in English Communication and Excellent in Thai language
3. Familiar with IATF16949/ISO9001/14001/13485/UL/IATF/RoHS/REACH/ISO/TS/IETP/UL
4. Have more than three years of work experience in the same position system, familiar with the operation process of the moulding industry is preferred.
5. Possess a broad perspective, strong communication skills, and a strong spirit of teamwork.
6. Positive attitude and focus on developing a winning team.
7. Team player who easily adapts to change, overcomes challenges and uses creative means to solve problems.
8. Capable of handling multiple high-pressure tasks and assignments simultaneously while staying focused and responsive to commitments and assignments
