Responsibilities
- Act as a Japanese–Thai–English interpreter for communication with Japanese customers in supply chain activities.ทำหน้าที่เป็นล่ามแปลภาษา ญี่ปุ่น–ไทย–อังกฤษ สำหรับการติดต่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่นในงานด้านซัพพลายเชน
- Coordinate between Japanese customers and internal departments such as Supply Chain, Production, Planning, and Quality.
ประสานงานระหว่างลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่นกับแผนกภายใน เช่น ซัพพลายเชน การผลิต การวางแผน และคุณภาพ - Support communication regarding order status, delivery schedules, production progress, and issue resolution.
สนับสนุนการสื่อสารเกี่ยวกับสถานะคำสั่งซื้อ แผนการจัดส่ง ความคืบหน้าการผลิต และการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น - Assist in preparing bilingual documents and reports for Japanese customers when required.
ช่วยจัดทำเอกสารและรายงานสองภาษาเพื่อใช้ติดต่อกับลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย - Ensure accurate and professional communication to maintain good relationships with Japanese customers.
ดูแลให้การสื่อสารมีความถูกต้องและเป็นมืออาชีพ เพื่อรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่น - Perform other duties related to interpretation and supply chain coordination as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Japanese, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาภาษาญี่ปุ่น บริหารธุรกิจ ซัพพลายเชน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง - Proficient in Japanese and Thai, with good command of English.
สามารถใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นและภาษาไทยได้เป็นอย่างดี และมีความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี - Experience in interpreting or coordinating with Japanese customers is preferred.
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเป็นล่ามหรือการประสานงานกับลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่นจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ - Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นเป็นอย่างดี - Able to work in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
สามารถทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมหรือสายงานซัพพลายเชนได้
