Responsibilities
• Control and analyze manufacturing costs (Material, Labor, and Overhead)
• Prepare standard costing and analyze cost variances
• Monitor and manage BOI and Non-BOI costing operations in compliance with regulations
• Review BOM, inventory valuation, and product costing accuracy
• Prepare costing reports and profitability analysis
• Support monthly closing and internal/external audits
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Finance departments
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost reduction activities
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Costing or Manufacturing Accounting
• Supervisory experience is preferred
• Knowledge of BOI operations and manufacturing cost systems
• Good command of Excel and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and coordination skills
• Able to communicate in English
