Finance & Treasury Supervisor (Real Estate Business) - บริษัท เมเจอร์ ดีเวลลอปเม้นท์ จำกัด (มหาชน)

We are looking for a Finance & Treasury Supervisor with solid experience in the real estate industry to manage cash flow, funding activities, and financial institution coordination. This role is key to ensuring liquidity across multiple projects and supporting the company’s long-term growth and investment strategy.

• Manage and control cash flow across real estate projects, ensuring sufficient liquidity for ongoing and upcoming developments
• Coordinate with financial institutions on project financing, credit facilities, and loan drawdowns
• Oversee and manage debentures/bond issuances and related obligations
• Support project funding strategies, including debt structuring for property developments
• Monitor financial performance of projects and provide insights to support decision-making
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for CEO and senior management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Accounting, Legal, Project Development, and Investment teams
• Identify financial risks related to project timelines and funding, and recommend mitigation plans

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance / Treasury / Cash Flow Management
• Experience in real estate, property development, or construction business is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of project financing, loan structures, and cash flow cycles in real estate projects
• Experience working with banks, loans, and debt instruments (debentures/bonds)
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and planning skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
• Candidates with direct experience in listed real estate developers will be highly preferred.
