About the role

Ensuring the Quality Control functions are following written specification requirements, measurement standards, turnaround time, and prevent the escape of incoming materials and finished products non-conformity.

The QC Supervisor shall do the following to accomplish the above.

• Managing the area to 5S standard.
• Managing and planning QC activities to accomplish turnaround time and prevent the escape of incoming materials and finished products non-conformity.
• Managing and supervising QC staffs to accomplish turnaround time and prevent the escape of incoming materials and finished products non-conformity.
• Managing and controlling of measuring equipment for availability and conformity all time.
• Ensuring measurements are following written instructions, specifications, and drawing.
• Anything the Manager deems necessary.

The QC Supervisor shall have following qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Knowledge and experience in precision machining.
• Knowledge and experience with precision machining measurement.
• At least 3 years experience in Quality Control.
• Direct experience with AS9100 and/or ISO 9001.
• Have a good systematic thinking, analytical skill and adhere to data driven approach.
• Fair/Good in English communication.
• Ability to work collaborative with individuals in the organization in a team environment.
• Computer skill for MS Office.
