Senior Presales Solution Architect

- Take a leading role in specifying technical solutions and presentation documents, writing technical requirements, making comply spec or TOR, RFP and others to support sales.
- Giving advice and presenting IT products or IT Solutions, presenting the company's products and services, overcoming concerns with the goal to build long-term business, and answering technical information questions to customers.
- Design appropriate systems and equipment according to customer needs.
- Meet customers in Bangkok and other provinces to maintain relationships between organizations and opportunities to work with customers in the future.
- Collaborate closely with enterprise customers, global, regional, and local accounts, channel partners, as well as marketing and sales. Assume the role of lead for the company technologies, with a focus on driving revenues for both product and service delivery engagements.
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of the company solutions and provides technical guidance throughout the sales cycle to assist in moving opportunities from early-stage qualification to closure.
- Support and assist sales team in accurately assessing and forecasting opportunities.
- Understand and translate buyer requirements into a right fit proposal covering the company solutions & services appropriately mapped to the client's business to define a solution blueprint and system architecture.
- Responsible for the development and delivery of product demonstrations when necessary.
- Build custom demonstrations and deliver Proof of Concepts (POC).
- Be the key product subject matter expert to determine how the product can be integrated into the client's overall technology solution.
- Effectively communicate the company's key differentiators.
- Gathering deeper-level technical requirements during the sales process to define project scope, design the initial high-level solution architecture, estimate the level of effort, and advise on deployment architecture.
- Responsible for performing necessary research of third-party technologies, tools, and applications that are introduced during the pre-sales process.
- Participate in planning and management meetings, projects, or events as necessary.
- Contribute to sales process improvement, including developing knowledge bases, creating sales tools, and mentoring other Sales Engineers and Team.
- Achieve and maintain relevant certifications and necessary credentials.
- Main responsibilities product of Azure or AWS and multi cloud architecture.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a pre-sale, technical sales, or consulting role in the technology sector, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of the products or services and their applications in various industries and scenarios.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
- High level of initiative and the ability to work without supervision and as part of a team.
- Professionalism and willingness to constantly learn and share knowledge.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and the environment has changed very well.
- Ability to be flexible and get along easily with others.
- Good written & spoken in English.
- Certifications or training in relevant technologies or platforms are a plus.
