To support and coordinate Corporate Relations activities, including events, employer branding, and internal communications, ensuring smooth execution and achievement of departmental objectives.
Key Responsibility and Activity:
1. Event Management Support & Project Documentation
- Project Documentation: Draft project proposals, activity details, and various approval request documents related to events and other assigned projects for submission to the supervisor and relevant departments.
- Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with vendors, service providers, venues, and relevant external parties for event preparations.
- Resource Management: Assist in overseeing the preparation of necessary equipment, promotional materials, and personnel for events.
- Budget Administration: Prepare documents and follow up on expense claims related to events (e.g., coordinate with ACC-FIN for event expense disbursement).
- Reporting: Gather data and prepare draft summary reports of event outcomes for future evaluation and improvements.
2. Employer Branding & External Outreach Support
- Content Production: Coordinate with the Corporate Communication Team to gather and disseminate content (e.g., articles, images, videos) showcasing the organizational culture, working environment, and employee benefits through various channels (e.g., social media, company website).
- Activity Participation: Assist with preparations and represent the company at job fairs, career expos, and employer networking events, as assigned.
- Network Maintenance: Assist in collecting and updating external network databases (Professional & External Networks) to support employer brand visibility.
3. Internal Communications & Engagement Support
- Activity Execution: Coordinate with the ER Officer and all teams to run activities and company events that strengthen corporate reputation and employee pride.
- Material Preparation: Prepare and format internal communication materials such as newsletters, internal announcements, and HR updates.
4. Reporting & Insights Support
- Monitoring: Assist in gathering data and monitoring the effectiveness of corporate relations initiatives (e.g., employer brand awareness, partnership outcomes, event impact).
- Data Compilation: Gather market intelligence related to talent trends and partnership opportunities, as assigned.
