Responsibilities
- Develop and support the creation of new cosmetic and skincare products aligned with market trends and consumer needs.
- Conduct market research and consumer insight analysis to support product innovation.
- Assist in formulating and improving product formulas, selecting appropriate ingredients while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing and external partners including OEM / ODM manufacturers during the product development process.
- Support stability, compatibility, and efficacy testing to ensure product quality and safety.
- Assist in managing development costs while maintaining product standards and performance.
- Provide technical product knowledge to marketing and sales teams.
- Monitor product performance after launch and support product improvement based on feedback and consumer insights.
- Participate in packaging development and coordination with packaging suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with internships or academic projects related to cosmetic formulation are highly encouraged.
- Experience in cosmetic product development or R&D is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and active compounds used in skincare products.
- Understanding of cosmetic manufacturing processes, GMP standards, and cosmetic regulations is an advantage.
- Experience working with OEM / ODM manufacturers will be a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills.
