Develop and manage the brand’s Content Plan and Content Calendar in line with brand direction and marketing objectives.

Create and write content independently, covering Concept, Headlines, Artwork Copy, Captions, and Video Scripts.

Manage the end-to-end content production process for both visual and video content, from idea development and briefing to final approval.

Conduct research and translate scientific and skincare-related information into engaging, easy-to-understand content for general audiences.

Develop content across various topics, including Brand Story, Science, Products, Ingredients, and Promotions.

Manage content publishing across Social Media platforms and monitor content performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Research, identify, and approach suitable KOLs / Creators that align with the brand’s image, target audience, and campaign objectives.

Manage KOL / Creator collaborations from rate negotiation, briefing, and coordination to content delivery and publication, while ensuring projects stay within the allocated budget.

Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field, such as Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or Cosmetic Science.

3–5+ years of experience in Content Creation, Copywriting, Content Marketing, or a related field.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and compelling content.

Ability to develop both visual and video content, with a good understanding of Social Media platforms, trends, and content formats.

Ability to research and understand scientific information and transform complex topics into simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand content.

Creative and proactive, with the ability to develop fresh ideas, new perspectives, and engaging storytelling approaches.

Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with excellent time management and the ability to manage tasks according to timelines and deadlines.

Excellent English communication skills, particularly in Reading and Writing. A TOEIC score of 900+ or equivalent proficiency is preferred.

Experience in Skincare, Beauty, Healthcare, or Science-based Brands will be highly considered.

Willingness to take on other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
