Responsibilities
1) Analyze client business processes and requirements to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement within the ERP system.
2) Configure and customize ERP modules, such as finance, supply chain, to align with specific organizational needs and workflows.
3) Determining ERP Needs via consultation, business process analysis.
4) Problem Solving Analyze and Communication with Customer.
5) Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field. Advance degree desirable.
- 2-3 years working experience with ERP Consulting Role.
- Good Oracle or Microsoft D365 Functional would be an advantage.
