Responsibilities
We are looking for a junior KOL Management to support our influencer and content creator partnerships. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is passionate about gaming, understands social media, and wants to build a career in creator marketing. You'll be working closely with streamers, gaming YouTubers, and social media personalities to amplify Richmanshop's brand within the gaming community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Assist in identifying and researching potential KOLs, streamers, and gaming content creators across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitch.
2.Support outreach, coordination, and day-to-day communication with KOL partners and agencies.
3.Help prepare KOL briefs, campaign timelines, and deliverable checklists to keep collaborations on track.
4.Monitor KOL content performance — track views, engagement, and reach — and compile basic reports for internal review.
5.Assist with coordinating gifting, top-up credits, and other incentives for KOL partners.
6.Stay up to date with gaming trends, popular streamers, and emerging content creators relevant to Richmanshop's audience.
7.Support the team with general administrative tasks related to KOL campaigns and influencer databases.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Sex : -
Age(Years) : 20 +
Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or currently completing a relevant degree).
Experiences(Years) : 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or social media coordination is a plus — fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome to apply.)
Required Qualifications:
1.Good understanding of social media platforms and gaming content ecosystems (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook Gaming, Twitch, Discord).
2.A genuine gamer or someone deeply familiar with gaming culture, popular titles, and streaming trends in Thailand.
3.Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
4.Good communication skills — comfortable reaching out to creators, following up professionally, and maintaining positive relationships.
5.Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking KOL data and campaign performance.
