Responsibilities

• Fully support & solve the problem for sales agent & corporate accounts.

• Handling customers and agents’ inquiries.

• Developing and monitoring performance, managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports.

• Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes.

• Performing data entry tasks for sales figures other relevant information and accessible filing system.

• Handling administrative duties for the company and management teams.

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Good communication skills in English (TOEIC score of 600 or above within the past two years) and HSK 4 proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in sales & digital marketing in the aviation/tourism/travel industry.

• Experience in GDS systems with Reservation & Ticketing background.

• Strong functional in digital marketing sales, team working and customer service mind & skills.

• Thai citizens only
