- Plan and manage digital media across Facebook, Google, LINE OA, and other relevant platforms to generate qualified leads.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize budgets to improve key metrics (Lead Volume, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate).
- Work closely with internal ad teams and selected agency partners (as needed) to improve efficiency and ROI through data-driven decision-making.
3. Customer Insight & Market Understanding
- Continuously study customer behavior, contractor pain points, and market movements within the construction-material industry.
- Translate insights into effective content, messaging, and campaign strategies.
- Prepare monthly insight summaries to support strategic planning.
4. Campaign & Content Management
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis.
- Develop Monthly/Quarterly Content Calendars aligned with marketing goals and customer needs.
- Oversee content quality (visuals, copy, video) to ensure relevance, accuracy, and ability to drive lead generation.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements to enhance impact.
5. Market & Trend Awareness
- Stay updated on construction-material trends, seasonal demand, consumer behavior, and digital marketing innovations.
- Apply insights to optimize communication strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Provide proactive ideas to enhance marketing productivity and effectiveness.
