- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all levels and functions.
- Create and update JD and organization charts with managers.
- Source, screen, interview, and close candidates with strong cultural and role fit.
- Strengthen employer branding and improve candidate experience.
2. Onboarding & Employee Integration
- Lead onboarding programs to ensure new hires start confidently and understand their roles.
- Coordinate with managers for a smooth probation review process.
3. Performance Management & People Development
- Drive performance cycles, KPI setup, and evaluation processes.
- Support managers in giving feedback, coaching, and improving team capability.
- Design basic career paths, training, and development plans aligned with company needs.
4. Culture & Employee Engagement
- Promote a positive culture built on teamwork, ownership, and respect.
- Organize company activities, team events, and engagement programs.
- Act as a communication bridge between management and staff.
5. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate employee data: contracts, leave, attendance, benefits, and social security.
- Coordinate payroll and compensation-related processes with Finance.
- Manage HR policies, SOPs, and compliance with Thai labor law.
- Oversee office administration and ensure the workplace is organized and efficient.
