Responsibilities

1. Develop new products to support marketing programs and operation team, aiming for 100% management team and customer satisfaction.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Warehouse, QA) to achieve project objectives.

3. Apply food science knowledge to improve existing products and develop new ones.

4. Lead new product development projects from concept to full launch.

5. Tasks include recipe development, ingredient sourcing, supplier approval, equipment selection, and ops procedure creation.

6. Monitor and analyze the performance of newly launched products.

7. Maintain good working relationships with Operations, Finance, and Warehouse teams.

8. Control, plan, and manage the product development process, including specifications, raw materials, formulas, manufacturing processes, QA/QC processes, shelf life, and food safety standards.

9. Collaborate with the QC team to conduct testing and address issues related to product quality or raw materials.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in food science.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D within the Restaurant industry.

3. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Strong leadership capabilities and experience in managing a diverse team.

5. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Dynamic 365 especially in MS Excel.

6. Excellent communication skills and proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).

7. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different departments and with external partners.
