Responsibilities
Job Description
· Manage sales and sales force with sales expansion and new opportunities
· Understanding customers in the designated market
· Solid customer relationship management and experience in managing and directing a sales team
· Ability to work under pressure both independently and as a team
· Relevant product knowledge and market knowledge in Paints & Coatings Industry will be a plus
· Experience with Microsoft office and relevant software applications
· Excellent communication both written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
Qualifications
Qualifications:
· Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, or business equivalent. MBA will be an added advantage, however, not a prerequisite
· Minimum 5 years proven experience in Sales and/or Aftersales Markets
· Experience in Auto Refinishes is a plus
· Growth Mindset, positive and productive attitude
· Strong passion for success
· Work well under pressure
· Experience with Microsoft office and relevant software applications
· Excellent communication both written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
· Able to travel domestically
