• Conduct presentation, training, and consultation with customers
• Increase sales to existing customers through up-selling and cross-selling
• Identify, develop and establish new customers to increase market share
• Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, solution and quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Involve technical personnel or Business Partner contacts to resolve customers issues and problems as needed
• Lead, coordinate and provide technical support and consultation for the activities of assigned products to team-members
• Work with manager to prepare monthly sales forecasts
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required
