• Be responsible for generating statistical reports, updating Service contract list and preparing reports and statements regarding Service sales efficiency
• Monitors the expiry date of each Service contract, ensures that the renewal quotation sent to customers at least 1 month ahead
• Follows up the signing of new service contract and billing can be generated continuously
• Ensures the accuracy of every billing
• Assists Service Engineers to make the Preventive Maintenance appointment with customer as requested
• Prepares Bank Guaranty application within a day when request by Sales or Service team
• Prepares the Power of attorney by the next day when request by Sales or Service team
• Prepares document for E-Bidding as per requested
• Monitors and follows up the return of Bank Guaranty from customer by end of the deal
• Supports other administrative tasks as requested such as expense reimbursement, flight booking etc.
• Any other tasks as assigned
