• Manage executive calendars and provide comprehensive support to GM.
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and compile information to support business decision-making.
• Coordinate and monitor organizational projects and strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Track KPIs and report business performance updates to executives.
• Oversee and enhance operational processes, including the development and maintenance of SOPs.
• Manage key projects to ensure timely completion in line with business priorities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.
• Act as a liaison between executives and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration.
• Organize meetings and events, and monitor action items through to completion.
• Manage documentation, business data, and internal and external communications effectively.

• Female/Male age 25 years old or above
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Operations, Business Analyst, Project Coordination,
• regulatory support, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and support
• business decision-making.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables,
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data reporting.
• Positive and logical thinking.
• Can do attitude and good collaboration.
• Good English literacy
