Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively visit and engage with prospective clients to expand the customer base and explore new business opportunities.
- Present project information and effectively communicate the value of the company’s real estate products to potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, including preparation and handling of all related sales documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey, including after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales and marketing activities organized by the company to promote projects and increase brand awareness.
- Develop and implement strategies to continuously generate new leads and attract potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments and relevant parties to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within the CRM system.
- Assist in planning and preparing promotional sales activities according to the project’s marketing strategy. 
- Prepare regular sales reports, including weekly performance reports and sales target comparisons.
- Compile customer feedback, questions, and issues to develop a Q&A report for service improvement.
- Conduct monthly market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
-  At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong service mind.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Good command of Thai and English.
- Chinese language proficiency (Mandarin) will be an advantage.
- Own transportation and a valid driving license will be an advantage.
