Responsibilities
Job Description
1. Design Online and Offline Marketing Materials
- Design advertising materials such as banners for Facebook, Instagram, LINE OA, and Google Ads
- Create print materials such as brochures, storefront signage, billboards, and other related items
2. Design Social Media Content
- Collaborate in planning and creating graphic content aligned with marketing strategies and brand image
- Work closely with the marketing team to design engaging posts that attract target audiences
3. Develop and Maintain Brand Identity
- Ensure consistency of brand elements including mood & tone, colors, fonts, and visual components across all materials
- Update and improve brand guidelines in collaboration with the team
4. Design Presentations and Event Materials
- Design key visuals for project launches, press conferences, booking events, and other activities
- Prepare event materials such as presentation slides, stage signage, backdrops, and photo booths
5. Video Editing
- Edit short promotional videos for social media platforms
- Create basic motion graphics such as logo animations and simple visual effects
6. Coordinate with Internal Teams and External Agencies
- Work closely with marketing, sales teams, and external agencies to ensure all materials align with company policies and branding
Qualifications
- Male/Female, age 25–40 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or a related field.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other related tools.
- Basic skills in video editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) will be an advantage.
