Purchasing & Inventory
• Handle purchasing of equipment, materials, and supplies for events, activations, and general operations.
• Source vendors, compare quotations, and negotiate pricing to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
• Manage inventory of equipment, promotional materials, and event assets, including stock tracking, condition monitoring, and reorder planning.
• Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth deliveries and restocking.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, and payment follow-ups with suppliers.
• Ensure timely procurement and replenishment of frequently used event or marketing materials.
Event & Activation Coordination
• Plan and coordinate logistics for events, activations, and sampling activities (e.g., White Claw and Remedy brand events).
• Organize delivery and collection of event equipment, displays, and promotional materials.
• Oversee the setup and teardown process, ensuring items are returned, cleaned, and maintained in good condition.
• Track damaged or lost items, arrange repairs or replacements, and maintain an updated asset list.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure event needs are met on time.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure accurate delivery schedules and return coordination.
• Manage logistics partners, event contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
