Sales Assistant (Logistic Freight Forwarding) - CIMC Wetrans (Thailand) Co.,Ltd

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial customer communication (e.g., cold calling, email follow-up)

• Arrange and coordinate sales meetings and client visit schedules

• Assist in entering orders into the internal system

• Track progress of prospects and update the sales database

• Assist in preparing quotations, sales contracts, proposals, and related documents

• Follow up with key clients and ensure timely communication to the sales team

• Collect, organize, and analyze market information and competitor activities

• Assist in preparing sales reports (weekly, monthly, KPIs, etc.)

• Support the sales team in achieving sales goals

• Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background

2. Experience: 1+ year of administrative, customer service, or sales support experience preferred

3. Familiarity with logistics or freight forwarding industry concepts is a plus

4. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and web-based applications

5. Experience in operating freight forwarding systems is preferred

6. Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to maintain good working relationships

7. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

8. Strong team spirit, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn

9. Ability to communicate in English or Chinese will have an advantage.
