Responsibilities
-Prepare and post journal entries 编制并录入会计分录 จัดทำและบันทึกบัญชี (Journal Entries)
-Perform balance sheet reconciliations (bank, receivables, payables, accruals, prepayments, etc.) 执行资产负债表科目对账银行、应收应付、计提、待摊等）กระทบยอดบัญชีในงบแสดงฐานะการเงิน (เช่น ธนาคาร ลูกหนี้ เจ้าหนี้ ค่าใช้จ่ายค้างจ่าย ค่าใช้จ่ายล่วงหน้า เป็นต้น)
-Follow up and resolve discrepancies 跟进并处理账务差异 ติดตามและตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง พร้อมแก้ไขความแตกต่างทางบัญชี
-Participate in month-end closing activities 参与月结相关工作 มีส่วนร่วมในงานปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน
-Handle accruals and prepayments 处理计提及待摊费用 จัดทำรายการค้างจ่าย (Accruals) และค่าใช้จ่ายล่วงหน้า (Prepayments)
-Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules 协助准备财务报表及明细 จัดทำและสนับสนุนการจัดเตรียมรายงานทางการเงินและรายละเอียดประกอบ
-Support audit and provide required documents 配合审计并提供资料 สนับสนุนงานตรวจสอบบัญชี (Audit) และจัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชีหรือการเงิน และอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านบัญชี (GL, AR, AP, ภาษีเบื้องต้น)
- ใช้ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี
- ละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบงาน และทำงานตามเวลาได้
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
