Senior Manager – Transportation (Bang Na K.M. 19 Site) - บริษัท เมอส์ก โลจิสติกส์ แอนด์ เซอร์วิสเซส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Ensure all employee align with all safety policies.
• Provide transportation services to fulfill customer needs, and maintain and enhance business relationships with customers.
• Ensure effective management of resources and operational performance.
• Oversee compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental standards, quality, and budget control.
• Balance team workload and drive transparent productivity improvements internally.
• Pull and analyze actual transport data for each account.
• Identify opportunities to further improve service quality and cost efficiency.
• Take full responsibility for P&L management and daily budget monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and service levels.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor / Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management. Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or related filed.
• At least 10 years working experience in Transportation, Shipping, and/or Logistics & Supply Chain Management role. Also have a managerial role's experiences at least 7 years.
• Preferably candidate with experience in Logistics Operational, and/or Transportation.
• Excellent in analytical, problem solving and organizing skills.
• Possess leadership character and can communicate well at all level.
• Fluent in English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure/ tight deadline as a team, self-motivated and be able to work independently.
• Can be travelled to both Bang Na K.M. 19, and Map Ta Phut (client's site).
