Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing an integrated marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives
- Overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, events and advertising
- Managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality, results-driven marketing activities
- Analysing market trends, customer insights and competitor intelligence to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision making
- Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product and other key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive customer experience
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives, and optimising activities to achieve targeted objectives
- Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies to continuously improve the company's approach
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years' experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within the property development or real estate industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful, integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media and content marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use insights to inform decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams
- Creative problem-solving skills and a strategic, innovative mindset
- Experience in leading and motivating high-performing marketing teams
