Responsibilities
1.Create overall marketing plan. Able to achieve the company’s sales and objectives through monitoring trends within the segments.
2.Analyze market competitors in order to be adapted to the company's marketing plan.
3.Develop and implement marketing plans.
4.Monitor, analyze and report on all marketing activities and results.
5.Providing strong leadership to the team member, ensuring high morale ,high performance, teamwork and good employee relations.
6.Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and product development.
7.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
8.Drive revenue growth through effective business development and sales strategies.
9.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, or vender ensuring transparency and trust.
10.Seek and evaluate business opportunities.
Qualifications
1.At least 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand in Retail business or similar industry.
2.Bachelor's Degree / master's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
3.Strong planning, time management skills and ability to multitask.
4.Strong people management, good leadership skills, self-motivated.
5.Good analytical skill and understand the digital marketing and trends.
6.Fluent communication skill in both written and verbal English and Thai .
