Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze Cash Flow Reports to ensure optimal liquidity management.
- Develop and monitor the company’s Budget to align with financial goals and strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive Feasibility Studies to evaluate potential investments, projects, or business expansions.
- Present financial reports, insights, and recommendations directly to the CEO for strategic decision-making.
- Oversee and manage the financial planning process to support business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor key financial metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the manufacturing or agricultural sectors.
- Strong expertise in Cash Flow Management, Budgeting, and Feasibility Analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data to senior management.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central will be considered an advantage.
- Proficient in English with exceptional language skills.
