• Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling, feasibility studies, investment metrics, and real estate software/tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage client relationships.
• Strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions that add value to clients.
• Leadership and team management skills, able to motivate teams and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Project management skills, including planning, coordinating, and delivering advisory projects efficiently.
