Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.

- Collaborate with the agency to develop SEO-optimized content that enhances organic search visibility.

- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website ranking and drive organic traffic.

- Oversee social media channels to enhance brand presence and engage with the target audience.

- Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with marketing objectives.

- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance the use experience and drive higher conversion rates.

- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to high-performing channels and campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience 2-5 years in digital marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition for financial services or banking industry.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM , social media, and email marketing.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to extract actionable insights.

- Experience with A/B testing, Conversion rate optimization, and marketing automation.
