• Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, explaining technical concepts related to projects and providing suitable solutions.
• Trial Support: Participate in customer trial runs, collect feedback and data, and ensure products meet specifications and performance expectations.
• Cross-department Collaboration: Act as the key point of contact between customers and internal departments to ensure effective communication on technical and engineering matters.
• Project Management: Monitor and track project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and customer expectations are managed throughout the process.
• Customer Needs Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Sales Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, prepare quotations, and provide technical input where needed.
• R&D Support: Assist in research and development activities for new product initiatives.
1. Male or Female, age 25-40 or above
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer or Product Development Engineer.
3. Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
4. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD 3D
5. Skilled in identifying and mitigating mechanical product issues from the production line.
6. Advanced CAD skills with experience in complex design projects.
7. Strong presentation and reporting skills in English.
8. Basic to intermediate knowledge of plastic tooling design is an advantage.
