Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual CSR programs and budgets aligned with corporate goals.
- Project Management: Organize social and environmental initiatives, such as charity events, education support, and sustainability projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, and NGOs.
- PR & Communications: Promote CSR activities through internal and external channels to enhance corporate reputation.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track project outcomes and prepare performance reports for management.
Qualifications
- Mandarin Proficiency: Must be able to communicate fluently in Chinese.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Education: Degree in Communications, Social Science, or related fields.
- Mindset: Service-minded, proactive, and adaptable to field work.
- Experience: Background in CSR or Public Relations is a plus.
