Legal & Contract (Senior / Manager) - บริษัท เอลาแบรม ซิสเต็ม จำกัด

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts including sales agreements, service agreements, supply contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and framework agreements.
• Identify and assess legal risks related to contracts and business projects, and provide practical solutions to minimize risk exposure.
• Provide legal guidance and contract support to internal teams such as Sales, Procurement, Project Management, and Finance.
• Support contract execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations, including assisting with non-litigation dispute resolution.
• Prepare and maintain legal documents, contract templates, and standard terms to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Support cross-border transactions and English-language contracts, and coordinate with external legal counsel and business partners when necessary.

• Degree in Law at Bachelor’s or Master’s level 
• Attorney-at-law certification or legal practicing license is an advantage.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in corporate legal, commercial contracts, or legal advisory roles.
• Proven track record in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating sophisticated business agreements.
• Background in technology, telecom, or public sector projects would be beneficial.

• Strong critical thinking and sound judgment in resolving legal and commercial issues.
• Effective communication and contract negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to balance legal risk with practical business considerations.
• Excellent attention to accuracy, organization, and deadline management.
• Capable of building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong command of spoken and written English; additional language abilities are considered a plus.
