Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead Cubic’s sales and reception teams, driving revenue growth while delivering exceptional member experiences. In this role, you will develop and implement sales strategies, manage client acquisition, and ensure top-tier customer service, helping Cubic maintain its position as one of Bangkok’s most dynamic fitness communities.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and reception teams to drive performance.
- Design business plans to expand Cubic’s client base and presence.
- Collaborate with Marketing and senior management to align goals and campaigns.
Client Acquisition & Retention:
- Oversee the sales and reception teams in acquiring new members through direct sales, partnerships, promotions, and events.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and lifetime value.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and optimize strategies to meet objectives.
Customer Service & CRM Management:
- Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to improve the member experience.
- Utilize data to segment customers and develop personalized communications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Event teams to ensure a unified approach to campaigns and member engagement.
